Meet Our Team

With over 30 years of experience in construction, Paul Hagerman decided to open East TN Renovations, LLC in 2013, focused on aging in place, kitchens, and baths. Pam Hagerman is the Office Manager and friendly voice eager to answer any client questions. Two of their children also work for the company—Kyle Hagerman is Project Manager with over 12 years of remodeling experience, and Alyssa Hagerman is Marketing Manager, having recently graduated with an MBA. Whether you’re upgrading your dream kitchen or preparing your home for aging-in-place, we deliver personalized, family-focused service; lasting craftsmanship; and safe, stylish spaces you’ll enjoy for years to come.​​
