Blount Seniors Co-Op is a collaborative network of businesses and non-profits united to serve the growing senior population of Blount County, Tennessee. Designed as a one-stop resource hub, the Co-Op makes it easy for seniors and their families to find trusted services, care, and support all in one place.
Our Mission
To create a "Village" of service providers that strengthens the resource network and safety net for seniors in Blount County through fostering partnerships across local businesses and nonprofits. The Village facilitates active referral of senior needs between members, ensuring seniors receive trusted support in areas of health & wellness, professional services, aging-in-place resources, elderhood transitional services, community services and more. The mission also includes supporting those who care for seniors and building a network where collaboration helps all involved flourish.
Our Vision
To create a connected, compassionate community in Blount County that improves quality of life and supports aging with dignity at every stage of the senior journey. The Village envisions streamlined access to resources, reduced service gaps, and a cooperative environment where the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
